Peace of mind is the greatest luxury—especially when it comes to vacations. The Loss Damage Waiver for Rental Cars is automatically included with the American Express Platinum Card, so you don’t have to worry about scratches on the rental car. The Loss Damage Waiver covers up to CHF 120,000.
The insurance covers property damage, repair costs in the event of an accident, and the rental company’s deductible.
To ensure coverage, the rental must be paid for with the Platinum Card. Rental car insurance coverage applies for the entire duration of the rental, up to a maximum of 31 days. Certain exclusions also apply to the insurance. Please refer to the insurance terms and conditions for specific details.
