    How to use SIXT ride

    With SIXT ride, Platinum principal cardholders have a total annual travel credit of CHF 200, which can be used for bookings made with SIXT ride. The travel credit is divided into a total of 8 part credits of CHF 25 per journey. Book and pay conveniently using the SIXT app or the website.

    The part credit is deducted directly from the fare when billed and you receive the discount immediately. Every year your full travel credit of CHF 200 will be credited to your SIXT account again, and any credit from the previous year that has not been redeemed will expire.

    How to redeem your SIXT ride travel credit:

    Step 1

    Register for the SIXT ride travel credit.

    As soon as you have successfully registered, you will receive a welcome email from SIXT ride, in which you are requested to create a SIXT account.

    Step 2

    If you already have a SIXT account, you will receive an email confirming that the credit has been posted to your account and you can start in the SIXT app or at sixt.com/ride.

    If not, follow the steps mentioned in the registration link provided.

    Step 3

    Once you have registered for your SIXT account, you will subsequently receive a request to confirm your email address.

    Please confirm this using the link sent to you in order to activate your account.

    Step 4

    Log in to the SIXT app. In your profile you will see your Platinum Card advantage status.

    Step 5

    To start a booking, enter the destination and pick-up address you want in the "SIXT ride" section.

    Step 6

    Select your preferred vehicle class from the various vehicle categories and confirm your booking.

    Your credit will then be automatically offset against the respective trip invoice.
