For lunch and dinner, guests can create a salad using the ingredients in their toolbox, pick up their main course from the chef, or mix their own cocktails as instructed behind the bar. Getting stuck in makes everything taste even better – and there’s no lack of conversation or entertainment. Good to know: If you pay using your American Express Card, you automatically receive 10% off everything up to the end of August.
What do the guests order, what does the chef love?
Rumored to be a personal favorite of the Sun King Louis XIV – Chicken Fricassee! Tracing its origins back to the French and German royal courts, the dish has made its way from the kitchens of the upper echelons of society to the common home, and ultimately onto Nina Stübi’s plate. "I always order Chicken Fricassee without hesitation when we have it on the menu," explains the restaurant host. "The delicious mix of cream, lemon, white wine and seasoning transforms into a true delicacy fit for any kind or queen!" And the guests? The house salad dressing alone gets mouths watering. In fact, many find it reason enough to pay a visit to the restaurant. Come along on Tuesday afternoons to learn how to cook just like mom.
