Tracing its origins back to the French and German royal courts, the dish has made its way from the kitchens of the upper echelons of society to the common home, and ultimately onto Nina Stübi’s plate. "I always order Chicken Fricassee without hesitation when we have it on the menu," explains the restaurant host. "The delicious mix of cream, lemon, white wine and seasoning transforms into a true delicacy fit for any kind or queen!" And the guests? The house salad dressing alone gets mouths watering.
