Artisanal, sustainable and with a lot of passion
Julia von Meiss, George Tomlin and Jean-Denis Roger worked in some of the best restaurants and wine bars in France, London and Melbourne – not only gaining experience but also picking up impressive awards. British chef George Tomlin was awarded Young Chef of the Year twice in Australia. Since November 2021, the three of them have been serving their gastronomic excellence onto plates and into fine glasses in Zurich – with artisanal craftsmanship, sustainability and a lot of passion and spirit. It’s not surprising that their skillful mix of down-to-earth wines and masterful cuisine quickly became more than an insider tip among connoisseurs.
What do the guests order, what does the chef love?
If you want to put yourself in good hands and be indulged, the Tasting Menu is the perfect choice for you. "It’s certainly a favorite among our guests," says Julia von Meiss. "You’ll be pampered and surprised, and that includes our regular guests, as we constantly develop our menu." And what would chef George Tomlin order? One of the signature dishes like lardo on sourdough or pappardelle with Duroc pork ragù and chicken liver? The choice is difficult, but this time he sticks to the tasting menu like the guests.
