La Table at the Lausanne Palace hotel offers you a magnificent view of the lake and mountains. The cuisine of chef Franck Pelux and his team is just as impressive: strongly French in character, yet modern and unconventionally refined, inspired by the chef's travels.

At the northern end of the city is the EHL Hospitality Business School, which trains top-class hotel and restaurant professionals. In the training restaurant "Le Berceau des Sens," you can experience excellent service and the fantastic cuisine of chef Lucrèce Lacchio.
