New splendor thanks to star architect

Following an extensive renovation, the "Pic au Beau-Rivage Palace" in Lausanne has been given a new lease of life. The esteemed architect Tristan Auer has completely redesigned the premises, creating an elegant, light-flooded ambience that harmonizes with the restaurant's refined cuisine.  

The various areas - dining room, bar, lounge, veranda, terrace and garden - form a symbiosis and at the same time offer flexible options for an individual dining experience. Particularly noteworthy is the new garden below the terrace, where "la grande table" invites guests to enjoy convivial meals under an elegant pergola.

Culinary philosophy of impregnation

Anne-Sophie Pic's cuisine is based on the principle of "impregnation". This includes various techniques such as marinating, infusion, maceration - i.e. pickling food - or smoking, which interweave flavors in a subtle balance and create completely new taste experiences.
