The mezze are served to share in the middle of the table: Sambousek, marak samak, hummus, pita bread, olives and countless other delicacies add variety to every bite. Also be sure to try the unique fusion dishes: Swiss charcuterie with Jumi cheese, fig mustard and grapes. Or would you prefer crostini with smoked salmon from Grisons, goat cheese and cucumber? Arayes, Lebanese flatbread wraps filled with lamb, pine nuts and red pepper paste, are also a very special treat.

The special atmosphere at “Babel” is created by the Josper charcoal oven in the middle of the restaurant. Watch chefs expertly prepare alpine salmon, duck breast and lamb over the fire at 300 degrees Celsius.
