Wine, cocktails and coffee

It’s clear after a simple glance at the wine list or the shelves in the integrated wine store: Jan and Justine Pyott not only share a deep passion for fine wines, they are also true connoisseurs with excellent connections. After all, what the owners of the boutique hotel offer at the Cork Club is of international renown. Their varied wine list extends from fine sparkling wines and characterful red wines through to exceptional rarities. In addition to wine, the Cork Club also offers wine-based cocktails that surprise, not to mention coffee which is thought to be the best in the entire valley.

Welcome to the club

At the heart of this Parisian-style bistro is the large "club table", which seats up to twelve and is a meeting place where wine lovers are able to indulge and talk shop. Those who want to take advantage of the offerings on a regular basis and delve even deeper into the world of wine, meanwhile, can become club members. Each member receives their own corkscrew on the club wall as a symbol of their membership, in addition to privileges such as priority reservations, access to masterclasses, and a glass of their favorite wine on arrival – courtesy of the house.
