In their pine-scented boutique hotel "In Lain" in Brail near Zernez, they take great care of every visitor and create a pleasant, very personal atmosphere.

Dario Cadonau, who did his apprenticeship at the Grand Hotel Suvretta House and went through the tough school of Philippe Rochat in Crissier, among others, also has great talent in the kitchen. He runs three restaurants with around ten chefs: a fondue parlor, the gourmet restaurant Vivanda (17 points) and La Stüvetta (14 points), where fresh, classic and à la minute dishes are served for lunch and dinner. Whole sole, fillet of beef, ravioli filled with veal and, of course, Engadine evergreens such as capuns and barley soup.
