Simon Müller, owner and chef de cuisine, fulfilled his dream with the Rémy on Zurich’s Kalkbreitestrasse: Since November 2022, his young team has been bringing new life to the former Seebähnli. Highlights include the natural, seasonal cuisine featuring regional products—some sourced from the restaurant’s own garden at Triemli—as well as surprise menus designed for sharing and Tavolata-style dining. This is complemented by wines from the Old World, creative drinks, and a relaxed fine-dining atmosphere. Rémy has been awarded 14 GaultMillau points.
From June 2 to August 28, 2026, Rémy will relocate to the Badi Tiefenbrunnen on Lake Zurich for three summer months. During this time, the rémy on Kalkbreitenstrasse will be closed.
At Badi Tiefenbrunnen, the rémy serves a seasonally inspired “dinner by rémy” right on the water—unpretentious enjoyment in a casual fine-dining style, accompanied by long summer evenings and a view of Lake Zurich.
