The Mousse au Chocolat is freshly prepared according to a traditional recipe, refined with whipped cream, and served directly at your table—a classic experience highly prized by guests and the international press alike, and recognized by the “NY Herald Tribune,” among others, as one of the best mousses in Switzerland. The experience is rounded out by a select digestif from Studer, which provides the perfect ending to a delightful lunch.
