His sushi and sashimi creations, as well as the modern Japanese grilled dishes, are served in the best quality and in great variety – perfect for sharing different dishes and discovering new combinations. Experience spicy tuna, salmon avocado maki, and premium caviar, along with tonkatsu of Swiss veal, the best wagyu Goshima or classic black Angus rib eye steak. The best specialties of world cuisine are fused into culinary sensations with the cheese truffle gyoza or the wagyu beef taco.

Party, brunch, afterparty

A line-up of international DJs ensures a party atmosphere that is pretty impressive. Party the night away in “The Penthouse” with DJ Maryo, DJ Laureano or Lohrasp Kansara. And if you don’t get to bed until the wee hours of the morning – or just like to sleep in on Sundays – you’ll appreciate the late Sunday brunch. Enjoy innovative four-course menus, delicious drinks, and a view of Zurich between 12:30 and 3:30 p.m. For those who want to enjoy Sunday to the full, there’s an afterparty in the lounge.
