After more than 25 years of successfully running one of Lausanne’s most renowned butcher’s shops for the "Bell" company, Sébastien Losey decided to open his own shop on Rue de la Madeleine and later in the Chailly neighborhood too.
Much more than just meat
And in doing so, he is daring to break new ground. "La Bouche qui Rit" is a butcher’s shop, restaurant and delicatessen in one.
In the two Lausanne branches you will not only find fine specialties to take away or give away, but you can also choose your piece of meat, the side dishes you want and even the preparation method yourself and enjoy the menu straight away.
