2 These special terms and conditions only apply to new clients (principal cardholders) if and as long as they are employees of an American Express contractual partner (acceptance partner) of Swisscard AECS GmbH, and require the card to be issued by Swisscard after the card application has been checked. These Membership Rewards points are usually credited up to 6 weeks after the card is issued at the latest. There is no option of a cash payment. If the employment relationship with the acceptance partner ends, the standard terms and conditions apply. These are available from the customer service team at any time or can be downloaded at swisscard.ch. Swisscard will automatically charge the regular annual fee at the latest when the card is renewed (3 years after card receipt), unless the customer proves that they are still an employee of the acceptance partner.
