Terms of Participation

Prize draw for Swiss Deluxe Hotels vouchers worth CHF 1,000 or CHF 2,000

By entering the prize draw you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. The following persons are entered in the prize draw ("participants"):
This promotion only applies to new customers who have not already been (principal)
American Express charge cardholders (e.g. Platinum or Gold) in the last 18 months and are
applying for the new metal Platinum Card® with the promotion code "AXWIN" between June 3
and July 15, 2026. This promotion code may not be combined with other promotions,
promotion codes or special offers from Swisscard AECS GmbH. Only one promotion code can
be used per credit card application and per credit card account applied for.

2. Employees of Swisscard and American Express as well as any third parties hired by Swisscard
in connection with the prize draw are excluded from the prize draw.
Every participant has the chance to win. Swisscard will draw the winners from all of the
participants at random. The winners will be drawn and announced on November 2, 2026 at
the latest. Swisscard will notify the winners either in writing or by telephone.

There is no obligation to buy. Free participation on the basis of equal opportunities is possible
by sending a postcard with receipt by July 31, 2026. Please add the note "Participation in the
prize draw for Swiss Deluxe Hotels vouchers worth CHF 1,000 or CHF 2,000, AXWIN" to the
postcard and send it to Swisscard AECS GmbH, Postfach 227, 8810 Horgen.

3. The following vouchers are being given away:

Voucher value & quantity:

  • CHF 1,000, 12 vouchers
  • CHF 2,000, 4 vouchers

4. The winners agree that Swisscard and Swiss Deluxe Hotels will exchange their full names.
They agree that Swisscard and/or Swiss Deluxe Hotels may take pictures and videos of them
and publish them together with their personal details without payment on all channels
(such as apps, the Internet, social media, newsletters, etc.) in association with the reporting
on the competition. In this respect, they grant Swisscard and Swiss Deluxe Hotels the right
to use and publish any such photographs or video material unlimited in terms of content,
location or time. In all other respects, the legal notice and the data privacy policy apply, which
are available at https://www.swisscard.ch/en/legal-conditions-and-information. Swiss law
applies.

5. Taxes, fees or duties that may result from the win are to be paid by the winners. If the winners
fail to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited without substitution.

6. There will not be any correspondence regarding the prize draw and there is no right to
appeal. A cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible. If a participant infringes these
eligibility requirements or the law in any other way, they will be excluded from the
competition.
