Eligibility requirements Samsung prize draw

1.    The organizer of this prize draw is Swisscard AECS GmbH (in the following "Swisscard"), Neugasse 18, 8810 Horgen. The eligibility requirements detailed below apply.

2.    The following natural persons partake in the prize draw (in the following "participant"): New adult customers having their residence in Switzerland who apply electronically for the American Express® Gold Card from Swisscard between July 16 and August 25, 2026 and who enter the promotion code "AXWIN" in the designated field during the application process, provided that Swisscard subsequently issues the card. The digital time stamp is decisive for the receipt of the application. It is necessary for Swisscard to have successfully verified the application by October 31, 2026.

3.    Employees of Swisscard and any third parties hired by Swisscard in connection with the prize draw (including family members) are excluded from entering the prize draw.

4.    Every participant has the chance to win. Swisscard will draw the winners from all of the participants at random. Multiple winnings are not possible. Swisscard will draw the winners by November 16, 2026 at the latest and will notify them in writing, electronically, or by telephone.

5.    There is no obligation to buy. Free participation on the basis of equal opportunities is possible by sending a postcard with receipt by August 1, 2026. Please add the note "Participation in the prize draw for Samsung products, AXWIN" to the postcard and send it to Swisscard AECS GmbH, P.O. Box 227, 8810 Horgen.

7.    The winners agree that Swisscard may, if necessary, provide their full name, home address and email address to Samsung or Speed Mail Service AG, Fännring 4, 6403 Küssnacht am Rigi, for the purpose of delivering the prizes.

8.    In connection with the reporting regarding the prize draw, with the consent of the winners, Swisscard may publish, without payment, any photographs and videos taken by Swisscard, including personal details, on all channels (such as apps, the internet, social media, newsletters, etc.). The winners grant Swisscard the right to use and publish any such photographs or video material without restriction in terms of content, location or time.

9.    In all other respects, the legal notice and the data privacy policy apply, which are available at https://www.swisscard.ch/en/legal-conditions-and-information. Swiss law applies.

10.    There will not be any correspondence regarding the prize draw and there is no right to appeal. A cash payment or a transfer of the prize is not possible. If a participant infringes these eligibility requirements or if they otherwise infringe any legal provisions, Swisscard will exclude them from entering the prize draw.
