¹ The Membership Rewards (MR) points welcome bonus and the reduced annual fee in the first year apply to applicants who have not already been (principal) cardholders of an American Express® Platinum or Gold Card issued by Swisscard AECS GmbH ("Swisscard") in the last 18 months. The electronic card application must be received by Swisscard between February 17, 2026 and March 31, 2026. The crediting of the MR points requires the card to have been issued after the card application has been successfully verified; the points are generally credited within 8 weeks of the card being issued. If the applicant terminates the card agreement within 13 months of the card being issued, the MR points will be canceled or recalled without replacement, and the applicant will owe the regular annual fee (CHF 350) retroactively for the first year instead of the reduced annual fee. Swisscard will either debit the difference from the card account or invoice it separately.

³The principal cardholder of an American Express® Gold Card issued by Swisscard AECS GmbH will receive a credit of CHF 25 to their card account once per quarter, provided they or the additional cardholder have paid for a meal of at least CHF 80 at a Swiss restaurant or delivery service participating in the promotion and paid with the American Express® Gold Card. Swisscard generally credits the card account of the principal cardholder within one week.

⁵ Except for fees, interest, chargebacks, cash withdrawals, payments for money transfers and currency exchanges (incl. into monetary surrogates, such as cryptocurrencies, traveler’s checks and topping up cashless means of payment, etc.) or transfers to securities brokers, payments for services in connection with the card (e.g. optional insurance plans) as well as for gambling or any activities similar to gambling or games of chance.

¹² The principal cardholder of an American Express® Gold Card issued by Swisscard AECS GmbH will receive a credit of CHF 20 which will be paid into their card account once per quarter as long as they or the additional cardholder place an order with a value of at least CHF 150 at Flaschenpost Switzerland in a single transaction and pay for it with their American Express® Gold Card. Swisscard will grant a maximum of four credits worth CHF 20 each per calendar year. Swisscard will generally credit the amount to the principal cardholder’s card account within one week of processing the transaction. This advantage applies to purchases made at Flaschenpost Switzerland only (flaschenpost.ch), it cannot be combined with other promotions or advantages, and is only valid until April 30, 2027. If orders are reversed, in the event of cancellations or returns for example, Swisscard may cancel previously issued credit or recall it in another way.
