1 The Membership Rewards (MR) points welcome bonus and the reduced annual fee in the first year apply to applicants who have not already been (principal) cardholders of an American Express® Platinum or Gold Card issued by Swisscard AECS GmbH ("Swisscard") in the last 18 months. The crediting of the MR points requires the card to be issued after the card application has been successfully verified; the points are generally credited within 8 weeks of the card being issued. If the applicant terminates the card agreement within 13 months of the card being issued, the MR points will be canceled or recalled without replacement, and the applicant will owe the regular annual fee (CHF 350) retroactively for the first year instead of the reduced annual fee. Swisscard will either debit the difference from the card account or invoice it separately. The Terms and Conditions of Samsung Electronics Switzerland GmbH ("Samsung") apply to the 20% Samsung discount. The discount vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions and do not apply to already discounted products or services. The validity date shown on the vouchers and/or discount vouchers applies (at least until August 31, 2026). Swisscard does not assume any liability for the services provided by Samsung.

The blue SuperMax subscription fees are waived for the first six months; thereafter it’s CHF 24.90 per month (prices subject to change), billed by blue Entertainment AG. The partner’s GTC apply. Swisscard AECS GmbH assumes no liability. Valid for new Amex Gold clients (10/14/2024–09/30/2025). Valid for existing clients not already subscribed to blue SuperMax (until 10/13/2024).
4The principal cardholder of an American Express® Gold Card issued by Swisscard AECS GmbH will receive a credit of CHF 25 to their card account once per quarter, provided they or the additional cardholder have paid for a meal of at least CHF 80 at a Swiss restaurant or delivery service participating in the promotion and paid with the American Express® Gold Card. Swisscard generally credits the card account of the principal cardholder within one week.
5 Access to Priority Pass lounges requires a valid Priority Pass membership card. The fees and General Terms and Conditions of Priority Pass Ltd. and the participating lounges apply. Swisscard AECS GmbH does not assume any warranty for offers and benefits of Priority Pass Ltd. and disclaims all liability. The principal cardholder receives complimentary access to the Priority Pass lounges twice per year; each additional admission costs USD 35.
6 Except for fees, interest, chargebacks, cash withdrawals, payments for money transfers and currency exchanges (incl. into monetary surrogates, such as cryptocurrencies, traveler’s checks and topping up cashless means of payment, etc.) or transfers to securities brokers, payments for services in connection with the card (e.g. optional insurance plans) as well as for gambling or any activities similar to gambling or games of chance.

8 The discount is only valid when you pay with your American Express® Gold Card. It is cannot be transferred or accumulated and does not apply retroactively or to extras (e.g. child seats, navigation, additional drivers, deductible exclusions, young driver fees, etc.) and taxes. It cannot be paid out in cash. The person renting the car must be at least 21 years old. Some booking periods may not be eligible for the discount. The benefits are provided by Rentalcars.com and their General Terms and Conditions apply. Swisscard AECS GmbH assumes no liability for these benefits, which are generally available on a limited basis.

10 Up to CHF 3,000 per year will be compensated for repairs or replacement of purchased equipment. The purchased device must have a value of at least CHF 100 and must not be older than four years in case of damage.
